Autism in Brief talks about a variety of topics in a variety of ways. We use techniques that include direct interviews, commentary, reflection, and invitation to respond. The stylistic approach is simple and straightforward. Topics are covered briefly in segments of 12-minutes or less. Lighter topics and deeper thought-provoking topics are mixed in order to keep the viewer engaged and stimulated.
Guest/Topics are divided into general categories of: Research, Education, Human Interest, Technology and Discussion Points.
Interviews are conducted (when possible) on location. Usually this is a site directly related to the speaker or the topic. This allows for a visual variety that is supplemented with frequent on-screen visuals that depict the subject being discussed. Remote interviews are conducted with a mix of host/ studio shots and images of the speaker, written quotes and visual materials provided.
